Laura is a freelance coach and facilitator, where she loves supporting individuals, teams and organisations to explore different perspectives and commit to change. Before working independently, her career included roles in the international development and higher education sectors. Her professional background is in organisational communications, engagement and workplace culture.
She brings experience of debating at school and university, and of being a volunteer youth coach. She joined the Board to support the work of YSS to bring valuable skills and opportunities to pupils across Scotland.
