On Saturday 28th September, YSS ran the first of three preliminary rounds for our Schools’ Mace 2024/25 Competition. Debaters did an excellent job presenting arguments and rebuttal on the motions presented. We were delighted to see so many schools competing. We were joined by 14 teams from 10 schools, with debaters travelling from as far as Moray to take part.
We are very much looking forward to the next preliminary round taking place in Edinburgh this coming Saturday, 5th October.
